YXZ Sport Shift Billet Clutch Upgrade  

The day has finally come where Sport Shift YXZs can RELIABLY make over 200WHP (Wheel Horsepower)!

Through extensive testing we have found that even with the GYTR billet clutch upgrade, the sport shift clutch is limited to just over 200 RWHP and 135 FT LBS of torque. Many have tried, but it takes a team like Dirt Launch Powersports to examine every component and create the ultimate solution.  

We offer two options depending on your HP goals 

OPTION 1- Stock clutch basket option - Capable of 220+ RWHP. While keeping the factory clutch engagement feel. This kit utilizes the stock clutch basket, friction disks, steel plates, and judder springs. Only replacing the pressure plate and diaphragm spring with our new billet pressure plate and heavy duty coil springs, Clutch Actuator Modification, and MCU Flash. 

OPTION 2- GYTR clutch basket option ($1129.99 Add on if you do not currently have the GYTR Clutch) - Capable of holding 300+ RWHP. This option utilizes the GYTR billet clutch basket to hold maximum power while only replacing the GYTR pressure plate and diaphragm spring with our new billet pressure plate and heavy duty coil springs, Clutch Actuator Modification, and MCU Flash. 

Parts we will need from you:

MCU - transmission controller, located under the hood on the drivers side

Clutch actuator - located above the transmission toward the drivers side

We do not accept core exchanges for the clutch actuator. 

Please send us your existing clutch actuator, we will modify it, and ship it back to you with the additional parts required to finish the upgrade.  

 **Failure to bleed the clutch completely WILL result in clutch actuator failure. Follow the Yamaha service manual for the bleeding procedure or bring it to the dealer for assistance. Dirt Launch Powersports/ Beyond Redline Performance are not responsible for actuator failure caused by improper installation.

NOTE- Your Clutch Actuator MUST be in good working condition. We are not responsible for any electronic failures or mechanical failure of the Actuator- If any of OUR mechanical hard parts fail, we will absolutely take care of you!
