When preparing your Yamaha YXZ for closed course use its common to delete the air injection (Smog) system from the engine. This allows for a more accurate air fuel ratio reading when tuning and weight savings by removal of unnecessary equipment.
The plates are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized black, and engraved with the Dirt Launch Powersports logo.

DLP Smog delete
Fit and finish is perfect. Shipping was very quick. Haven't ran it yet, but I know it will be getting much cleaner air now. Cleans up the hoses on top of the motor. This specific machine is a 2019 yxz1000r ss, and only has 120 miles on it. And far from done to where I want it. Will be buying more products from Dirt Launch Powersports.

Purchased for my 2020 YXZ 1000r. It got rid of all the hoses on top of the engine and in my opinion it runs alot better and smoother.

Was super easy to install and looks great, I haven't had a chance to try it out yet but I will soon. My only disappointment is it didn't come with a DLP sticker.

Awesome product
Cannot believe the amount of nasty dirty air that gets pumped back into the engine with the OEM air injection such a poor design from Yamaha! DELETE IT! Let your engine breath that fresh air it deserves!!
